               Library opens at 9:00 AM

Thursday,  November 2 –  Set -up in the afternoon starting at 1:00 PM

                Early Member sale will be from 4:00 to 6:00 PM

Friday, November 3 –  Sale time 10:00 to 3:00

                Need volunteers starting 9:30 or earlier and later than 3:00 to 3:30   Can you work morning and/or afternoon?

Saturday, November 4 –  Sale time 10:00 to 3:00 PM

                Volunteers start at 9:30

                Will need volunteers at end of day to close down the sale and clear up

There will be various day of sale volunteer needs including

                Membership Table  (Nancy Hammer in charge)

                Check-out table  (Becky Appleton in charge/Susan White not available) and will need 1-2 more at all times

                                                Kathy Westbook to provide change and square reader (?)

                Door Greeters

                Board members working the sales floor    (fiction, non-fiction, etc.)

                Children’s section (Paula Adams in charge)

                Flexible volunteers to fill in as needed
